Culture Recruitment are currently seeking a skilled Estimator to play a key role to growth strategy and contribute to the success of a business facility company.

The primary responsibility of this role is to produce accurate pricing for new business opportunities, contract renewals, and various bid processes. If you have a background in estimating or quantity surveying within the FM sector, specifically in hard services FM and labour loading, and possess significant knowledge of the bid and tender process in Facilities Management, we want to hear from you!

Home Based - site visits/office visits as required.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain standard template pricing models.
Support proposals for existing customers, contract renewals, and mid-contract proposals.
Analyse tender documentation, identify risk areas, and communicate risks to stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including sub-contractors and suppliers.
Ensure correct pricing handover from sales to operations and meet deadlines for customer tenders.Requirements:

Previous experience in estimating or quantity surveying within the FM sector.
Advanced Excel ability and strong analytical skills.
Attention to detail and comfort working with complex data.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, multitask, and focus on results.What You'll Receive:
