Our friendly and expanding client law firm based in Buckinghamshire is currently seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive, ideally with 1-5 years PQE who is able to to run own caseload (with supervision and support from the partner).

The successful candidate will be dealing with the following:-

• Grants and assignments of leases
• Sales and purchases
• Property finance
• Options and development matters
• Corporate/commercial experience may be helpful (but not essential).

Ideally, you should be keen to further your career as a Commercial Property Solicitor/Lawyer and to begin to develop strong client relationships. Good communication and IT skills are essential.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent (Office based)Salary £30,000-£65,000 DOEHours: 9 - 17 hrs, Monday to Friday*Ability to commute/relocate: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Holidays: Standard plus Bank Holidays
