Key Responsibilities:

Generate and increase new business, with a target of £250,000
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, relocation agents, embassies and corporate clients
Conduct and secure valuations to attract high-quality instructions
Ensure all legal documentation is accurate and compliant, including tenancy agreements, Right to Rent and AML requirements
Provide landlords with clear advice on property presentation and refurbishment opportunities
Oversee marketing to ensure properties are presented to the highest standard across all platforms
Ensure full compliance with ARLA and NAEA codes of practice

Basic salary of £30,000
Generous commission structure: 12% individual and 5% on team new business

The Person

Proven experience in residential lettings, ideally at managerial level
Strong track record in generating new business and achieving targets
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organised with a strong understanding of compliance and legislation
ARLA qualification (or working towards it) would be an advantage
Confident, proactive and commercially minded
