My client is currently seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to work in their Redditch based offices.

The successful candidate will have experience within a manufacturing organisation

Job description

\* Deal with customers face to face and on the telephone
\* Logistics administration and dealing with couriers
\* Updating CRM system and helping with Sales orders
\* Escalate and drive forward any orders
\* Manage and maintain the updates of the Sales Order Log to ensure continuity of process and reporting
\* Assist the Directors with adhoc reporting and commission/order queries
\* Reconcile orders
