SEN Primary Teacher - Manchester
Full-Time | Must Hold QTS | Immediate or September Start

Are you a passionate teacher who wants to make a genuine, life-changing difference?

We are recruiting a dedicated SEN Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and well-resourced specialist primary setting in Manchester, where every day is about helping children overcome barriers, build confidence, and reach their full potential.

This is a rewarding opportunity for a teacher who believes that every child deserves the right support, encouragement, and care to thrive.

The Role
You will teach a small class of pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and moderate learning needs. Working closely with experienced Teaching Assistants and a supportive leadership team, you'll deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning styles and EHCP targets.

The School & Facilities
The school is designed to support pupils' sensory, emotional, and learning needs, offering:

Small class sizes with high staff-to-pupil ratios
Dedicated sensory and calm rooms for emotional regulation
Specialist therapy spaces for speech and language and occupational support
Outdoor learning areas, including a forest school / sensory garden
Access to interactive technology and structured learning resources
A warm, collaborative staff team with ongoing training and professional development
Why This Role is So Rewarding
Working in SEN means celebrating the moments that truly matter - a child speaking their first words, managing their emotions independently, or achieving a goal they once found impossible. You'll play a key role in building confidence, independence and life skills, making a lasting impact far beyond the classroom.

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
Experience teaching in primary (SEN experience desirable but not essential)
A patient, nurturing, and adaptable teaching approach
Strong behaviour management and a passion for inclusive education
Full-time availability
What We Offer

A supportive and inclusive school environment
Ongoing SEN training and career development
Opportunity to work within a dedicated, specialist team
Competitive pay rates
The chance to make a real difference every single day
If you're ready to take your teaching career into a truly meaningful and rewarding role, we'd love to hear from you.
