• Approx 2 years' experience in private client work
• A 2.1 law degree or equivalent relevant experience
• A professional, friendly and empathetic approach
• Confidence managing their own caseload
• Strong skills in probate, estate administration, wills, and LPAs (including statutory wills)
• Excellent drafting and legal research abilities
