Senior Project Manager£40,000 to £50,000 + 28 days holiday (inc bank), mileageBolton

This role combines hands-on project delivery with leadership and mentorship. It's ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic oversight and direct involvement in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of projects through all stages, from initiation to completion
• Allocate tasks based on team capabilities and project needs
• Supervise on-site engineers and ensure quality assurance through to sign-off
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
• Lead and support other project managers, fostering development and consistency
• Resolve escalated or complex project issues
• Maintain clear documentation, including RAMS
• Act as a senior point of contact for clients and partners

What You'll Need:

• Demonstrable experience in senior project management
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
• Technical or AV experience is a plus
• Ability to manage pressure and competing demands
• Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed
