You will play a crucial role in ensuring clients are supported, solutions are aligned, and sales opportunities are fully maximised.

What you'll be doing as a Key Account Executive

* Develop strong, trust-based relationships with key clients

* Understand customer needs and align solutions across funding & product sales

* Identify and drive cross-selling opportunities to meet revenue targets

* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

* Support strategic planning through pipeline tracking, reporting, and CRM management

* Act as a central contact for your accounts—resolving queries, coordinating with departments, and ensuring satisfaction at every stage

What you'll bring to the Key Account Executive role:

* At least 2 years' experience in account management, sales, or a related role

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

* A proactive, solution-driven approach

* Strong organisation and time management

* Ability to work across teams and manage multiple stakeholders

* Familiarity with funding mechanisms and CRM systems (desirable)

* Analytical thinking to spot trends and drive strategic decisions
