Role Overview:

As a Graduate TA, you will play a key role in supporting both teaching staff and students. Your work will help students build confidence, develop academic skills, and prepare for their next steps—whether that's university, apprenticeships, or employment.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

‍ Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons

Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to student needs

Help students prepare for exams, assignments, and future pathways

Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment

Promote resilience, independence, and a love of learning

What We're Looking For:

A university degree in any subject

❤️ A passion for working in education and helping young learners

️ Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Patience, empathy, and a positive, proactive attitude

An up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years with no unexplained gaps)

An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
