We are looking for an Engagement/Technical Manager for the Charlotte, NC area.
The Engagement/Technical Manager will provide the tie between sales and the actual technical solution for our clients. Engagement/Technical Manager is the glue that holds the delivery process together. This position will assist in the sales process to help set appropriate expectations for the customer thus avoiding delays, resetting of scope, and adding additional customer training that could be taken care of before the start of engagement, and then be instrumental in the actual technical hands on delivery of the solution.
Engagement Manager will provide oversight to all inputs and deliverables in the delivery process:

  • Business requirements delivery and signoff
  • Statement of Work (SOW) delivery and signoff
  • Project Plan/timeframe definition
  • Solution or product implementation
  • Post implementation reviews
  • Customer satisfaction

Must have a strong technical background and experience in:
Architecture, Business Intelligence, SQL, Data Warehousing, Project Management, Data Modeling

  • Strong leader of team, who can drive the process, communicate, lead and be self-sufficient and operate with limited need for guidance
  • In-depth experience in the full implementation cycle
  • A documented track record of successes in working closely with clients, and with all levels of the client's management
  • Sufficient experience and flexibility to adapt quickly to new situations and to hit the ground running
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
