We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and motivated Waking Night Support Workers to join our services in Bedford. Support Worker Duties:

• Providing respectful personal care, practical and emotional support,
• Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users,
• Collaborating with colleagues, families and involved professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service.

Shifts are available Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Sundays across two of our Bedford Services, with one service offering 30 hours, and the other offering 20.

No experience is required – we value an engaging, creative, and person-centred approach above all.
