The Role

We are seeking passionate Nursery Teachers for flexible roles across Gloucester.

• Competitive hourly rates: £17.50 -£18 .00 per hour
• Work in outstanding nursery settings and receive regular and constructive feedback for the work you conduct.
• The ability to build continuity and relationships with individual settings. Not going into different nurseries 5 days a week! We prioritise continuity for the children and our practitioners.

To be eligible to work with Thrive you must:

• Have experience working with children aged 0-5 years
• Have the relevant qualifications to undertake this role.
• Be passionate about early childhood development
• Possess strong communication and teamwork skills
• Are committed to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
