What You'll Do
In this role, you'll provide administrative support throughout the contract execution process, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service for both internal and external customers.
- Establish and maintain SharePoint job folders for Contracts and Operations
- Maintain Master Contracts Tracker document
- Order Certificates of Insurance, Performance & Payment Bonds, and Maintenance Bonds
- Process contracts and subcontracts for review and execution
- Assist with special projects as needed
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in contract and/or licensing administration
- Construction experience a preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Detail oriented and self-motivated with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, adapt to change, and work independently
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
