The Company:
An exciting opportunity has come about for an experienced individual within the Coventry and surrounding area to join a well-established and highly regarded Main Contractor who have been delivering a lasting impact on clients.

Our client is a fledging Main Contractor with a single office located within Coventry. They currently enjoy a turnover of £100 million and having recently secured additional projects Worcester and Redditch, are looking to bolster their team with an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor. On top of the education sector, our client also enjoys successful projects within the Retail, Commercial and Health sector.

About You:
• Experience of Commercially & Contractually managing a scheme up to the value of £20 million
• Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Reside within commutable distance of Coventry
• Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor
