An amazing opportunity for a Team Assistant has arisen at a successful boutique Executive Search firm based in the City. Working within this professional, fun, supportive office the Team Assistant will support a charming Partner, who has a great sense of humour, and small team with a range of PA duties as well as client project support.
The Team Assistant role will include diary management, travel coordination, expenses, CRM database work, preparing presentations, inbox management, and formatting documents.
They are looking for someone who has at least one years’ experience within a similar role and is bright, enthusiastic and friendly. You will be confident at communicating at a very senior level, have a helpful, muck in attitude and enjoy working as part of a team and managing conflicting priorities.
An excellent opportunity for a Team Assistant to join a sociable, friendly company in a hands on role. Prior administrative support experience is essential.
