The Role

We're looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician to support our fit-out projects. You'll handle general maintenance, repairs, and installations across client sites—no two days will be the same.

Key Responsibilities

Basic carpentry (e.g. assembling furniture, installing shelves)

*

General repairs (e.g. fixing door handles, patching walls, unblocking drains)

*

Light painting, decorating, plumbing, and electrical work

*

Safe moving and handling of materials

*

Assisting with furniture and equipment installations

*

Keeping work areas clean and following health & safety rules

*

Reporting issues to the Project Manager

*

Helping with site setup and breakdown when needed

What You'll Need

*

Full UK Driving Licence

*

Valid CSCS card

*

Maintenance experience in a similar role

*

Confidence using tools and working safely

*

A proactive, problem-solving mindset

*

Good communication and teamwork skills

*

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Nice to Have (But Not Essential)

*

Experience in office fit-outs

*

Basic plumbing or electrical knowledge

*

Painting and decorating experience

*

First Aid certification
