Role Details - Talent & Engagement Manager

We are currently looking for a dynamic Talent & Engagement Manager to join a large and successful business on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for the Group, leading the group talent strategy, devising key leadership programmes and driving organisational development in a global capacity.

Responsibilities of the Talent & Engagement Manager

* Identifying and establishing the people-related processes and practices that support right person, right time, right place.
* Developing a good understanding of the business strategy and building the appropriate HR solutions to align with the long and short-term needs of the business.
* Partnering with Senior Leadership and HR Business Partner team members to help them deliver their people agendas/strategies.
* Coaching key talent and high potential employees to ensure their full potential is realised.
* Mange the Group Talent Review Process including leadership development programmes
* Manage the Group Performance Management process including objective cascade, performance review and sign-off
* Manage the Group Employee Engagement Programme in support of establishing a high-performance culture, represented by a diverse, inclusive, and fulfilling work environment where individual wellbeing is valued
* Contribute to the company's ESG programme, focusing on advancing the social agenda through a Diversity & Inclusion Programme.
* Coaching key people in the organisation to enhance their performance and support their development.

Skills required for the Talent & Engagement Manager

* Proven experience in a Talent & Engagement role or similar
* Has HR expertise in Organisational Development with, responsibility for design, development, and implementation of people programmes. (Talent, Performance, Employee Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion & Organisational Effectiveness)
* Has successfully managed complex HR programmes interfacing with multiple stakeholders
* Can demonstrate a strong team-based approach to leadership, having recruited and developed high performing individuals, and developed high-performing teams
* Accredited coach (ICF or equivalent) would be very advantageous
