All Square Recruitment are seeking a skilled CNC Operator, with the potential to progress to a Setter and working in the Milling Department.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate 3-axis Brother and 5-axis Matsuura CNC milling machines.

Perform general machine shop duties including de-burring, cleaning, and maintaining a tidy work area.

Ensure components meet quality and specification standards.

*

Support the team with daily production and machining tasks.

*

Opportunity to move into machine setting responsibilities after successful completion of the probation period.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience operating CNC milling machines.

*

Attention to detail and pride in producing precision components.

*

A proactive, reliable, and tidy approach to work.

*

Some setting experience is advantageous but not essential.

*

Willingness to develop further skills and take on greater responsibility.

Monday to Thursday: 07:00 - 15:30 (20-minute break + 30-minute lunch
