Benefits Adviser

Are you passionate about employee wellbeing and making benefits meaningful? We're looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Benefits Adviser to join our clients team and help shape how they support their people.

In this key role, you'll act as a trusted partner to HR and business leaders-offering expert advice, driving employee engagement, and ensuring their benefits align with their people strategy. You'll be the go-to person for everything from explaining benefits to employees through webinars and site visits, to analysing data and working with procurement teams to keep our offerings competitive and cost-effective.

What you'll do:

Advise HR and leaders on employee benefits strategy
Deliver engaging presentations and webinars to promote understanding and uptake
Work closely with suppliers and procurement to manage contracts
Analyse data to demonstrate the value and ROI of benefit programs
Support people projects and training across the organisation

What we're looking for:

Experience in a benefits or HR advisory role
Strong knowledge of HR and payroll systems
Skilled in analysing data and presenting insights
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Able to influence and build relationships at all levels
Passionate about employee wellbeing and inclusion
