We are seeking a dedicated Stock Controller to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency of our logistics operations. The successful candidate will assist in various store operations and work closely with the Logistics Manager to ensure smooth product flow and accurate stock management.

• Assist in shipping, packing, picking, and kitting in the stores.
• Handle booking-in and receiving products, including updating the Goods-in received log and processing purchase orders off the system.
• Manage ad-hoc orders to relevant departments, including Free-Issue Material, and handle RMA’s and returns to suppliers.
• Monitor the Priority booking-in list and the Discrete Job shortage list daily.
• Maintain logs for Hazardous Date Codes and shelf life monthly.
• Process Sub-Contract Discrete Jobs and issue stock off the system from stock requisition forms.
• Maintain a scanning system of suppliers' paperwork.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure continuous flow of products.
• Perform periodic and annual stock takes as the Stock Take Controller.
• Order supplies through the Purchasing team and assist with duties to cover for the Logistics Manager when off-site.
• Carry out any other reasonable tasks as periodically requested.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Effective time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external discussions.
• Ability to work independently to complete assigned tasks.
• Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel.
