Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health and Special Educational Needs?NextGen Teachers are recruiting an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist SEMH and SEN provision based in BD5, starting this September on a temp-to-perm basis.

• Provide support to students with complex needs
• Assist with personal care and be willing to support with medication delivery
• Support students in the hydrotherapy suite (swimming pool), ensuring their safety and comfort
• Work closely with teaching staff, therapists, and support teams to deliver tailored support plans

• Proven experience working with children or young people with SEMH or complex SEN needs
• Reliable, resilient, and compassionate
• A team player with a proactive approach and a genuine passion for SEN education
• The ability to work full time
• The right to work in the UK
• An enhanced DBS on the update service
• Two professional references
