Multi-Trader - Social Housing Maintenance

Pay: £700-£720 per week (CIS)

We're currently looking for an experienced Multi-Trader to join our team, working on social housing maintenance projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and skilled tradesperson looking for consistent work and competitive weekly pay.

Key Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade or City & Guilds qualification

Proven experience in social housing maintenance

Ability to work across multiple trades (e.g., plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling, etc.)

Full UK driving licence

Role Details:

Carry out responsive repairs and planned maintenance in occupied and void properties

Ensure a high standard of workmanship and customer service

Work independently and manage your own workload
