We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years / EAL Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in the B48 area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who is committed to supporting young learners, particularly those with English as an Additional Language, in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Early Years/Foundation Stage curriculum
  • Support pupils with EAL to develop their language and communication skills
  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress effectively
  • Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and support teams

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ESSENTIAL
  • Experience working within a primary school setting
  • Strong understanding of Early Years and/or EAL teaching strategies
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
