Your new role
Permanent Compensation & Benefits Manager role, this is a UK wide role based in Cornwall. You will manage the Compensation & Benefits programmes, reviewing and updating according to staff and business needs the total rewards package. You will look for new and innovative reward offers and be the Total Pay expert, providing advice on job evaluation, benchmarking and grading. You will research, advise and ensure legal and regulatory compliance is correct and adhered to and be responsible for the Payroll Function (with 3 employees).
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to be an ambitious HR Compensations and Reward professional with DC Pension experience. HR Management experience and experience of operating at a senior level is essential. You will need to be educated to degree level or equivalent with Chartered (Level 7) CIPD qualification. Excellent communication across the board to people at all levels. Strong presentation skills and be able to prioritise and work to deadlines.
