Are you a hands-on Senior Site Engineer looking for a well-supported role with a growing company that truly values your input?

We're on the lookout for an experienced engineering professional to join our team on a major industrial and logistics development project in Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a company with a strong pipeline of exciting projects and a reputation for quality delivery.

About the Role

Working in this family run company and closely with the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for all engineering aspects of your assigned project - from managing site engineers and ensuring top-notch QA and record-keeping, to overseeing permits to break ground. You'll be site-based for the duration of this project, with occasional office meetings and full support from our office and site teams.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 8 years' experience in a Senior Engineer role
Ability to manage and accurately record
Proven track record in the industrial and logistics sector
Extensive experience with steel frame construction
Confident leading QA processes and mentoring junior engineers
Strong communication and sense of Humour
Familiarity with Cat & Genny surveying
A proactive, solution-focused attitude and excellent communication skills
