About Quantity Surveyor

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining a Data Centre project in East London valued over £300m. This project has a duration of over 2 years. You will be reporting into a Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will be full-time site based.

This company are a Tier 1 Main Contractor who have a turnover of over £1bn. They are dominating the London market and have a proven track record of progressing staff through the ranks.

Key Responsibilities of Quantity Surveyor

Include but not limited to:

Assisting in establishing and managing the project cost plan and budget
Monitor actual costs vs forecasts
Manage the procurement of subcontractor packages
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
Pricing variationsKey Requirements of Quantity Surveyor

Live within commutable distance to East London
Degree in a construction related degree
Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor at a Main Contractor
