About the Role
Our client, a well-established and respected building services contractor, is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join their team on projects based in and around Bellshill. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with strong leadership experience to oversee electrical installation teams and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate electrical installation teams on-site.

*

Ensure all electrical works are completed in line with project drawings, specifications, and programme schedules.

*

Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

*

Carry out regular site inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to standards.

*

Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure smooth project coordination.

*

Organise labour, materials, and equipment to maintain progress and meet project deadlines.

*

Provide leadership, support, and guidance to electricians and apprentices.

*

Attend site meetings and provide updates on progress, workforce requirements, and any issues.

*

Ensure all necessary documentation, permits, and risk assessments are completed and maintained.

Requirements

*

Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or Electrical Supervisor within the construction or building services sector.

*

18th edition

*

Strong knowledge of electrical installations on commercial or industrial projects.

*

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.

*

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

*

Good understanding of current electrical regulations and site safety practices.

*

Valid ECS/CSCS card (Supervisor or Manager level preferred).

*

SSSTS or SMSTS certification desirable.

*

First Aid at Work qualification preferred.
