Hours: Flexible, approximately 20 hours per week (may include some weekend work) Hourly Rate: £12.85. Contract: 6-month fixed term (maternity cover), potential to become permanent

Are you a friendly and customer-focused individual with a passion for sales and great customer service? We're looking for a Part-Time Customer Service / Sales Assistant to join our clients small team in an office-based role. You will be the first point of contact for customers both face-to-face and over the phone, ensuring they receive excellent service and support.

What You'll Be Doing:
Assisting customers with inquiries and bookings, both in person and over the phone
Providing outstanding service with a positive and professional approach
Handling orders, processing transactions, and managing customer accounts
Supporting sales initiatives and promoting products/services
Maintaining accurate records and assisting with administrative tasks

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and customer-oriented mind-set
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
Previous experience in customer service or sales (preferred but not essential)
A flexible approach to working hours, including potential weekend shifts
