The hours of work and shift patterns are:
Tuesday - Saturday 10pm - 6am
The rates of pay are: £14.17
Main Responsibilities: Clean surfaces and areas effectively
Follow the cleaning method as described in the Cleaning Instruction Cards
Use chemical and cleaning applications as described in the Cleaning Instruction Cards
Inspect your own work to ensure the standard is satisfactory
When requested, present and talk through your role with internal or external auditors and
colleagues
Carry out ad-hoc hygiene tasks as requested
Support fellow colleagues where required to facilitate effective delivery of all hygiene tasks across your shift
Ensure you follow safe working practices as stipulated within the company policy
Strictly follow PPE requirements as set within the Cleaning Instruction Cards or as required
Follow rules and regulations relating to COSHH at all times
All employees must comply with the requirements of the companies Health & Safety policy, and all other Health & Safety policies and procedures in force
Every employee must take reasonable care for the health, safety and welfare of himself/herself, and of any other person who may be affected by his/her acts or omissions at work
Follow instructions provided by the Working at Height Regulations.
Ideal Candidate: Good communication skills and attention to detail, able to influence at all levels
Good written and spoken English
Ability to communicate professionally at all levels from customers and auditors to factory colleagues and company management
Able to prioritise & organise own workload and work to time deadlines
Self-motivated and highly resilient
Ability to problem solve and influence in a fast paced environment with sometimes conflicting priorities
