Are you a driven leader with a background in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services? We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our reputable and growing client based in London.

As an Operations Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the delivery of hard FM (M&E-focused) services across a portfolio of commercial sites in London. You’ll lead a team of engineers and managers, ensuring exceptional service delivery, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple contracts

• Manage and support site teams and supervisors

• Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations

• Drive performance and efficiency across contracts

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Budget management and reporting

• Strong background in Mechanical & Electrical building services

• Proven leadership experience in FM, ideally in a client-facing role

• Excellent understanding of compliance and maintenance standards

• Ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams

• Relevant qualifications (e.g., HNC/HND or equivalent in engineering, IOSH/NEBOSH desirable)
