We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home in Greater London. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who is committed to providing outstanding care and making a real difference in the lives of children and young people.

As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and development of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the children’s home
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children’s Homes Regulations
• Create a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for young people
• Manage, supervise, and develop a team of residential staff
• Ensure care plans are implemented and regularly reviewed
• Work collaboratively with local authorities, families, and professionals
• Maintain accurate records and ensure quality assurance standards are met
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain high-quality outcomes for young people

Requirements

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
• Minimum 2–3 years management experience within a children’s residential setting
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and children’s legislation
• Experience managing staff teams and budgets
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
