Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established Secondary School in Middleton who are seeking a committed and skilled Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced TA looking to make a real impact in a thriving school environment.

This role will involve providing high-quality support across Key Stages 3 and 4, working closely with teachers to deliver tailored interventions, classroom support, and encouragement to pupils of varying abilities. You will play a crucial role in promoting positive behaviour, supporting learning needs, and helping pupils to achieve their full potential.

• You must have recent experience working in a school or education setting.

• You must hold a recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or have a minimum of two years' experience as a TA in a Secondary School.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.

• A proactive, patient, and supportive approach to working with young people.

• A valid DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
