About the Role:

As the Ocean Freight Export Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of ocean export logistics. From completing CDS export entries to coordinating with co-loaders and using shipping line portals, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of global shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end ocean freight export processes
• Complete and manage CDS export entries
• Work with co-loaders and manage bookings through shipping line portals
• Ensure all export documentation is accurate and compliant
• Liaise with internal teams and clients to maintain efficient operations
• Take full responsibility for your department’s output and performance

Requirements:

• Proficiency in BoxTop and ASM Sequoia systems
• Strong knowledge of CDS export procedures
• Ability to prioritise and manage a high-volume workload
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
