Job Description

Receptionist / Administrative Assistant 

This position is primarily an office assistant to the accountants with the added responsibility as our front desk receptionist. Ideally, this candidate would be professional in appearance, attitude, work ethic. The position requires critical thinking skills, heavy mathematical aptitude and problem solving capabilities. I would prefer this person to be articulate and very able to have a professional level conversation. Experience with quickbboks is a plus, as well as any bookkeeping, accounting or management classes also would be a plus. Although there will be a good amount of accounting related responsibilities, this is not an accountant’s job. There is however, a good probability of advancement for a candidate possessing the right characteristics. The ideal candidate would be seeking to begin an administrative career in the accounting field. This is a permanent part time position but may be converted to a full time position for the right person. The position will be paid hourly and the rate will be determined depending on a number of variables.
