Science Tutor

As an approved partner of the National Tutoring Programme, Teaching Personnel are looking for Science Tutors to deliver tuition to disadvantages pupils in Central and South Manchester.

The National Tutoring Programme will provide additional support to students to help disadvantaged pupils whose education has been most affected by school closures.

Tuition will be delivered in 15 hour blocks, 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3 face to face and online however, the preferred method is 1:1 face to face therefore successful tutors should be located in Central/South Manchester.

Successful tutors must have experience delivering KS3 and KS4 Science Tuition or have extensive experience working with young people and up to date knowledge of the UK curriculum.

All successful candidates must complete the following:

• CPD accredited National Tutoring Programme training (minimum of 20 hours)
• Training on Teaching Personnel's NTP toolkit
• Level 2 Safeguarding training course
