If you have worked within a Senior Reinsurance Claims or Technician position, and are looking for something a little different

As a Senior Reinsurance Client Support Manager.

• Provide support over the servicing chain, connecting the production areas and post-placement areas, ensuring our claims value proposition is part of our sales culture.
• Be the first point of contact for Brokers and Senior Executives
• Advocate to the client, representing their interests with their business partners.
• Provide insightful management information by partnering with MI teams to design and provide regular reporting to all appropriate stakeholders.
• Explore business development opportunities with brokers.
• Ensure that skillsets are continually reviewed and enhanced.
• Build and maintain value-added partnerships with strategic markets to improve performance cycle times.
• Demonstrate a pipeline of excellence and succession by coaching colleagues.
• Strong knowledge of reinsurance principles, practices, and procedures is essential.
• Experience in ProRata and XOL claims handling within the reinsurance industry is
• essential.
• Experience of working with senior stakeholders in the reinsurance sector is essential.
• Experience of working with all aspects of post-placement activities.
• Ability to analyse data, seeking trends and translating this into valued insights for the business and our clients.
• Be able to articulate and demonstrate positive results for clients and the business.
