The firm places real emphasis on employee wellbeing, professional development, and long-term career progression, making it an attractive home for experienced litigators looking to take the next step.The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE to join a growing and ambitious disputes team in Sheffield. You will manage a varied and high-quality caseload of commercial disputes, with the role also offering exposure to property litigation matters, such as landlord and tenant disputes, lease issues, and property-related contractual claims. The mix of work makes this an ideal role for a solicitor who enjoys variety and wants to broaden or deepen their disputes experience. You will take responsibility for matters from instruction through to resolution, with autonomy over your caseload while working closely with senior colleagues on more complex or strategic cases.What You'll Be Doing

• Running a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters, with scope to handle property litigation work
• Drafting pleadings, applications, witness statements and other court documentation
• Advising clients on litigation strategy, risk and resolution options
• Managing cases through all stages of the litigation process, including ADR where appropriate
• Liaising directly with clients, counsel, experts and the courts
• Preparing for hearings, trials and mediations
• Playing an active role in business development and client relationship management (depending on experience and interest)

• A qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in commercial litigation
• Experience (or a genuine interest) in property litigation alongside general commercial disputes
• Strong technical ability with a commercial, client-focused mindset
• Confidence managing files independently and advising clients directly
