The Role:

As the Key Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients. You'll oversee the end-to-end management of their logistics needs, ensuring exceptional service delivery, proactive problem solving, and commercial growth.

From You:

Proven experience in a similar role within freight forwarding or logistics
Strong understanding of international shipping processes across modes (air, sea, and road)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts with high attention to detail
Commercial awareness and confidence in handling rate negotiations
