Job Opportunity: Line Leader - PR7 Area
Location: Chorley
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour + Overtime (£21.00 per hour after 8 hours per day)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00)

Kingdom People are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading manufacturer of medical products that supplies customers across the UK and Europe. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Line Leader to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations and monitor production equipment

*

Operate machinery safely and effectively

*

Lead and support the training of other team members

*

Ensure raw materials are correctly and sufficiently supplied to the production line

*

Support the achievement of daily and weekly shift objectives

*

Record and manage data using both IT systems and paper-based processes

*

Plan, organise, and monitor workloads to meet production targets

*

Prepare and submit accurate production reports

Candidate Requirements:

*

Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role (desirable)

*

Proficiency in IT systems, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel

*

Strong organisational and communication skills

*

Awareness of health and safety standards within a production environment
