My client is a privately owned residential developer involved in a project in Cambridgeshire. They are looking for an ambitious Assistant Site Manager to join the team on a temp to perm basis.

Details of the role are as follows:

The roles requires an Assistant with housebuilding experience and knowledge of NHBC key stage inspections
Immediate start, they are looking for someone who is serious about a permanent role
There are new schemes starting afterwards, more towards Essex
CSCS SMSTS and First Aid certs are expected
