Tradewind Recruitment are looking for an energetic and motivated Sports Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming setting in Peterborough. This role involves 1:1 support with a student who benefits from structure and encouragement, as well as wider classroom support across PE, English, and Maths.

The Role Includes:

• Providing 1:1 support to a student with mild behavioural or SEN needs

• Supporting the class teacher across PE, English, Maths, and other lessons

• Using sport and physical activity to promote engagement, motivation, and confidence

• Assisting with small group tasks and whole-class activities

• Helping maintain a positive, structured learning environment

• Working closely with the SENCO, teaching staff, and pastoral teams

You Will Be a Good Fit If You:

• Have experience working with young people (sports coaching, youth work, TA experience, etc.)

• Can commit to a full-time, long-term role
