Key Responsibilities include: -

Managing and overseeing property-related matters, including:

* Conducting estate surveys and evaluations

* Negotiating leases and tenancy agreements

* Ensuring compliance with property regulations

* Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders

Qualifications & Skills

* A relevant degree or professional qualification in surveying or estate management

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to travel and manage time effectively

* Experience in retail or commercial property management (preferred but not essential)
