A welcoming and community-focused primary school in Doncaster is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team from September 2025. This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent after 12 weeks for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging and effective lessons across all key stages in the absence of the class teacher.
- Support pupils with a range of additional needs, ensuring inclusive and differentiated learning.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences.
- Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment.
Essential Requirements: - HLTA status (Level 4 or equivalent).
- Experience delivering lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- A solid understanding of SEN and strategies to support pupils with additional needs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Desirable Experience: - Familiarity with Read Write Inc. phonics programme.
- Experience using White Rose Maths resources.
