SG Personnel are working with a market leading manufacturing company in Newcastle, who are looking to recruit a Supervisor to work on a permanent basis from day one.

Duties will include overseeing daily operations on a busy shop floor, monitoring and adjusting assignment to optimise productivity, preparing and managing daily work schedules to meet deadlines and supervising staff adherence to quality controls.

The succesful candidate must have previous supervisory experience, strong consistent work history in the manufacturing industry and flexibility on working hours.

Candidates must be able to work the two-week shift rotation as below:

Week 1- Tuesday to Thursday, 5.45am-5pm. Friday, 5.45am-12pm.

Week 2- Tuesday to Thursday, 12pm-10.30pm. Friday, 10am-6pm.

Annual salary of £31,239
