Responsible Individual - Ofsted Registered EBD Home
Location: Cheshire - Warrington
Salary: Consultancy for 1day per week
Salary: £500.00 per day

We are currently working with a 3 bed EBD Children's home, which is registered and currently has 1 child living in the home. This is an urgent requirement to secure an experienced RI.

Responsible Individual: Skills and Experience Required:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent);
2+ years' senior leadership experience in children's residential care;
Expertise in an EBD setting;
Excellent knowledge of Ofsted regulations and Quality Standards;
A strong, supportive, and professional leadership style;
A resilient, committed, and trustworthy approach to operational leadership.Must have Right to work in the UK with no restrictions
