Are you a compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic individual with a passion for supporting children with additional needs? We are seeking dedicated Care Workers / SEN Teaching Assistants to join our friendly and dynamic team working within mainstream primary schools (1:1/2:2 support) and Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools in the Forest Hill, Lewisham area.

🧩 About the Role:

You'll be working across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to Year 6, providing essential care and tailored educational support to pupils with a range of needs, including:

Delivering personal care and mobility support where needed

Supporting students' learning and social development alongside class teachers and SEN staff

Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils, families, and staff

Following individual care and education plans

Creating inclusive, engaging learning environments that meet individual needs

💙 We're Looking for Someone Who:

Has previous experience in a care, education, or SEN environment (preferred)

Is kind, patient, and adaptable with excellent communication skills

Understands the importance of safeguarding and professional boundaries

Can work as part of a team and remain flexible to the needs of the day

Holds (or is willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS check
