As Sales and Customer Service Administrator you will be joining this award-winning brand who take a real pride in the service they deliver to their clients. Working on site in their rural office in a beautiful barn conversion, the role is full time, permanent, offering a salary of up to £25,000 DOE. If you have sales and customer service experience and wish to move into account management in the future, this is the role for you.

Purpose of the role:

As part of this small, dedicated team your prime role will be to offer a bespoke and tailored service to clients over the phone, along with sharing details of other products available. You will be supported, trained and developed as a key part of this busy team.

Key responsibilities for the Sales and Customer Service Advisor:

Advising the customers on their requirements
Offering a bespoke and tailored customer experience
Identifying sales opportunities to cross sell products to new and existing customers
Dealing with claims
Actively contacting customers to discuss their renewal dates
Maintaining records to ensure compliance
Providing leads to the financial advisor
Implement and oversee campaigns, reporting weekly activity to the financial advisor
Coordinating the team to provide leads to the financial advisor
Providing support at shows and events Skills/experience required for the Sales and Customer Service Advisor:

Exceptional customer care skills
Excellent sales experience, identifying and follow up on opportunities
Worked in a targeted sales environment
Engaging telephone manner
Solid administration experience
Exemplary people skills
Strong problem-solving skills,
