💰 Basic Salary: Up to £40,000
💰 OTE: £60,000+
🚗 Car Allowance: Up to £4,500
⏰ Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30AM - 6PM, 1 in 3 Saturdays

🏡 Accompany applicants on property viewings.
📞 Handle telephone and email enquiries from applicants and vendors.
📅 Register new enquiries and arrange appointments.
🔍 Follow up on all enquiries efficiently.
💼 Negotiate sales and manage offers.
📈 Generate a targeted number of viewings per week.
📜 Manage sales progression, liaising with solicitors and all relevant parties.
🗂️ Maintain accurate records of all activity.
🎯 Promote all company services to generate new and repeat business.
📊 Demonstrate a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
🤝 Develop client relationships and secure future instructions.
