Job Description

I am seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of all team members. Competitive pay with bonuses depending on store performance!

Responsibilities:

  • Human resources: Scheduling, Hiring, Training and evaluating employees, Performance Counseling. Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
  • Operations: Open/Close store, Cash Management, Customer Service, Make/Bake Pretzels
  • Customer Service: Meet/Greet Customers, Cash Register Procedures, Resolve Customer Issues
  • Purchasing: All Food and Paper Supplies
  • Reports directly to Franchisee/Owner

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in food service, retail, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Positive Attitude
  • Strong Work Ethic
  • Team Player
  • Food Safety Certified a plus but not required
