We are excited to be on the lookout for a new Finance Assistant, to join a brilliant company based in Watford on a part time basis!

They are looking for someone who has previous accounts payable or bookkeeping experience, as well as someone who has excellent organisational skills!

Finance Assistant Duties:

• Processing invoices
• Raising payments to the suppliers
• Setting up and maintaining customer and suppliers’ details
• Dealing with any queries
• Managing online banking
• Month end reconciliations for banks and credit cards
• Assisting with credit control
